These animations are for use in Second Life, Open Sim, or any BVH able program. They are not to be used for resale outside of Second Life, or Open Sim.

You may use these animation BVH files to create new works, but any work that uses any part of our base BVH is prohibited from resale as a BVH file. You may upload the animations and resell them in Second Life or Open Sim, but you are forbidden from selling them on any site as BVH files. This includes making Poser animations and reselling them. We are very active in the poser community and would know our work and would file a DMCA as well as holding the right to sue for punitive damages.

Bottom line: Don't attempt to resell these as BVH files or Poser animations.
